Living in Santa Barbara since 1994, Travis has a hyper-local knowledge of the different areas and neighborhoods in and around town. He serves all of Santa Barbara and its surrounding areas and works in family homes, investment properties, luxury homes, multi-residential properties, country residential, and small commercial real estate. Travis studied at the University of California Santa Barbara achieving diplomas in both Business Marketing and Communication. He then studied Real Estate in Santa Barbara becoming well versed in property financing options, local and national markets, and the subtle art of negotiating property purchases. Travis brings his passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house, and to help sellers get the most value for their home. 

When Travis is not previewing homes or working with clients to ready their home for sale, he enjoys spending time with the love of his life. He can often be found at the beach playing volleyball or a local green practicing his putts. He also enjoys hiking, sports of all kinds, and if he can do it without falling asleep... reading.
