Prior to Real Estate Chad got his B.S. in Computer Science at Montana State University and moved to Boston in 2019. While on the east coast he started his journey as an Engineer with Raytheon and relocated to Colorado in 2020. His career as an engineer proved to be valuable when starting out in real estate, the skills he had learned applied in unique ways to the home buying journey and has allowed him to help and connect with multiple families in a modern and seamless way. Chad was coined as Denver's Modern Agent and took this title seriously, he believed that real estate could use the help of technology in ways that other agents just weren't thinking about yet.
